A few Saturday morning pictures

Decided to sit on the pond beside my house Saturday morning and see what showed up.
Wood duck showed up first but there wasn’t a lot of light.
Thought the wood ducks were heading out but they were just checking out some nesting sites.

Very nice.
Paddling back from hunting yesterday, a hen busted out of a wood duck box near me. All the commotion of her getting out scared the shite out of me. Guess it takes some work to get out through those holes. Believe it’s the first time I’ve witnessed that, definitely the closest.

You always have awesome duck pictures, I've seen some diverse species from you too, didn't realize the diversity of some of the ducks that come through Alabama. Keep this stuff up.
