6.5 Grendel for whitetail

Anyone hunt whitetail with 6.5 grendel? I just bought one off of guntrader with 300+ rounds of ammo and a nikon scope for 1200. Wanted something my wife could shoot and something I could put a suppressor on. Thought this was a pretty good deal considering all of the ammo it came with. Hornady SST and Hornady Black ELD.

X3. Got a Sulzer AR. No can though. I put a Ziess 3-9 on it. It’s great on pigs/deer out to 200 with the same ammo OP picked up.

What type of mount/rings did you use for your glass? I've got a sulzer one that I bought a leupold for and never mounted.

I believe I used the Burris P.E.P.R. one piece mount on it. I'll verify tonight.

Yes I shoot the Hornady 123gr thru mine. It does very good on deer

I use a AR shooting grendel with a Leupold red dot for my son. He is 6 years old is is a freaking hog and Doe reaper.
