Looking at the Daniel Defense Delta 5 and the Seekins Precision Havak Bravo. Any recommendations?

Looks like your budget is right at $2k

The seekins is just a havak action in a KRG stock.
That's pretty easy to build yourself if you are so inclined. I built my 6.5 cm rifle with a Bighorn Origin action and a Criterion barrel.

Bighorn (now Zermatt) uses the savage system where you set the headspace with a barrel nut.

But if you just want a rifle, buy a Tikka T3x Compact tactical and spend money on a good scope and a silencer

Not saying these are the overall best choices just what I have and like: Savage 110 or the Tikka T3. I have the Savage in 308 and 6.5 and the Tikka in 308. Love them both

Christensen Arms Mesa

I got one a few months ago. Absolutely love it. Finish on the gun is exceptional.

I also have a Tika CTR

Both are fine shooters.

Make sure you look at Springfield’s new bolt action.

2020 Waypoint.

+1 on both of these recs. I have both Savage and the Tikka T3x Superlite in 6.5 and love both. I held one of the savages with the carbon fiber barrel the other day and really liked that gun if you’re looking for bolt action.

I second the Christensen Arms Mesa. Have one in 6.5 and with my reloads will shoot quarter inch groups at 200 yards if I do my part. Comes with a great adjustable trigger as well. Have zero complaints with mine after almost two years of use. Think I paid around $1100 dollars for the rifle and put a NightForce SHV scope on it so total cost would be just over your $2000 mark but would be a great setup.

Don't buy a Christensen, their quality control is absolutely horrible now. We sent so many guns back. Several times, their guns couldn't even chamber a round. They would lie and say nothing is wrong and then the repair work would say they set the headspace. The Springfield waypoint is another very good option in that price range. What is the rifle for?

That's a shame to hear. I can't find a single thing wrong with my gun. Maybe I just got lucky... or have just failed to get unlucky, yet.

Guns built after late 2019/early 2020 seem to have the most problems. They are cranking out so many guns that they don't even check QC. To give you a point of context, we had 3 ranger 22s come in from them within a few weeks of each other. All 3 were loose in the stock because the stock was inletted completely wrong on all 3. The action screws weren't able to get enough thread engagement and so the whole whole action would just freely move side to side. That is something any of the qc people could have caught if they actually put hands on the guns. They suck arse and I don't recommend them.
