Maybe the Beretta kick off system works? or maybe I'm not a huge pussy?

"Unless you’re going to be hunting mostly in flooded open fields where shots might be a bit further then 3.5in" ?????

So, 3.5" will travel further than 2.75 or 3"??
SBE 1 here and it was a novelty at one time for me but not so much anymore. Have pass shot snows with 2.75, 3, 3.5 and killed them just as dead with 2.75's. Actually has sports claim i was shooting lead until they reviewed the hulls. Find the brand and size that patterns best in your gun and stick with it, brands and size are not universal in every gun for some reason.

I am looking at a bruise on my right shoulder right now. I keep a benelli nova pump at the deer camp in case there are ducks around. Did a bunch of shooting saturday with the leftover goose shells i had.

That being said, my browning silver is very comfortable with the 3.5's

If u cant shoot ducks w a 3" gun you need to go to the skeet or sporting clays range and practice. High speed steel 1500fps or hevimetal shells kill ducks dead w 3 or 4 shot.
I hunt giant resident canada geese w 3" gun, #2 shot early in yr BBs in late season.
Pattern your gun too. I like kent or Winchester high speed steel shot or hevimetal shells

I depends on if you are a good shot or not. And on second thoughts, it doesn't matter. I miss them equally with a 3 inch or 3.5 inch shell.
