This is the real punishment, over/under on how long before he violates?

Hunting is cool and all but if i had to spend 2 years in prison and pay 180k in fines over it i believe i would find another hobby.

That’s great he was caught and all. Sounds like a pos.
But the USFWS should be paying us restitution. The damage they’ve done to elk and deer populations by releasing wolves has caused more damage than any poacher ever will.

So he can do these things by himself?

Its saying in addition to him not being able hunt, fish, trap, guide, or outfit, he also cannot be in the field with anyone participating in those activities, nor can he even associate with people doing that.
He is essentially banned from the outdoors and all his buddies in that lifestyle. Like the poster above mentioned, I guess he can hike or birdwatch? Basically he needs to pack his shite and move to a city for 25 years to find a new hobby and make new friends.

Damn. Dude just didn't give a damn. He certainly got off light. The case has also resulted in 19 convictions of others and $255k in fines not counting Noble's conviction. Its a little surprising they actually prosecuted the cases at all....its a good thing they did but far too often these people take a plea deal and no one learns a damn thing....in this case I suspect even the biggest cheaters in Nebraska will at least think about curbing their illegal shite. It should happen like this more often.

Dude wasn't just hunting he was systemically violating game laws to increase the odds his paying clients to harvest trophy animals. conspiring with those clients to knowing violate those laws and getting paid by those clients to harvest those animals. He was basically conspiring with others who were witting accomplices involved in stealing a valuable asset from the people of Nebraska. That ain't hunting, that's a conspiracy to commit a crime. One should certainly committing crime as a hobby.....

After a couple of years in the federal pen he may discover a new found hobby involving other men...after reading the case he seems to the type who would be wont to sucking a basketball through a McDonald's straw....

Federal prison is a cakewalk compared to state prison…

I am sure this is so but I suspect it is still possible to become someone's bitch in federal prison....

I’m sure it’s possible, but not likely.

Maybe for white collar criminals and politicians, but the federal system can be every bit as nasty and mean as state systems.

He's not going to a penitentiary. He'll be in a camp or a low security FCI at the most.
