I'm ok with Delacroix, as an avid kayak fisherman I've always wanted to fish there. Yea it's in the sticks, but a lot of honey holes are.
If y'all want to make a weekend of it, I can put you on more specks than you know what to do with in Panama City.

Never fished Delacroix before. Would sure like to give it a try.
It is a 4 hour drive for me though.

What's the point of an OBGT if we all take off on our own? Delacroix isn't that dang hard to get to. I'm down with changing if the consensus says to, but if you've never yak fished Delacroix you're missing out IMO. You literally have 200 yards to paddle before you can wet a line. I think it would be awesome if everyone that says they're in, actually go. People would be like
"damn, what y'all got going on?"

Yall just let me know where to be.
I do agree with Van on the single launch point for a GTG rather than "tournament style" launch in different areas then meet up at the end.
5 1/2 hr drive to Delacroix for me but my life will be complete when I get to fish the marsh and you might even find me fapping in the reeds.

This thread rekindles a passion in me that I've been searching for. As a child I made a carved out tree canoe and I think the members of the OB would really enjoy it. Some of my fondest memories over the last 40 years have been in that canoe. Can't wait for this trip.
