Banks Stump in food plot
Saw some little bucks pushing last night, 2nd rut seems to be rolling along. Haven't had any shooters here in a while but wind is wrong to hunt anywhere else.

Thanks! It's definitely one of my favorite sits. Unfortunately don't have any shooters coming through here consistently. That can change though, this place only gets better as season goes on.
Once I clean all the privet out on the right it's really going to be a pretty spot. Creek just on the other side of it and big open hardwoods on other side of creek. I'm getting there, slowly but surely.

My thermocell just crapped out. It's like 10 years old so I guess I shouldn't bitch too much, but right now I'm having flashbacks to bow hunting in the pre thermocell days and it sucks.

Been there - done that. The mosquitoes in the LA marsh and swamps are so bad in Sept and Oct, I usually burn 2 thermocells.
