Louisiana WMA. 07:02 a hunter with a cross bow and folding seat walks up to my tree. I am 600 yards from a road. Let him know I'm there. He says he lost his flagging. Who the hell sets up for deer during prime hunting time?

08:50 a small game hunter walks near me. This one says sorry then proceeds to flag a trail near me. I threw the towel in. Walk out and meet both hunters at the road. They hunted together...

Shot a big doe this morning.

My first deer with high FOC, 600 grain arrows.

Freaking broad head (Samurai single bevel 200 grain with 100 grain insert) cut through her like butter. She had no idea she had been shot. She walked 20 yards, laid down like she was going to bed and died.

I’m a believer.
