29* and the freezing rain just stopped
Got here at 4:45 this morning and slept in. Just got in the stand and have seen 3 does so far. Looking for a pig, cull buck, or a giant.
We’re here till Sunday so plenty of time to get all 3.

I have passed on quite a few hunts this year because I didn’t feel like dealing with hauling a deer out or cleaning it in nasty cold weather if I did shoot one. Nothing about looking for a deer in a frozen cutover sounds exciting.
