Millennium tree seat on edge of logging road looking into 2 yr old cutover. Walked up on 2 does when I was walking in . They just eased off.

My son is on the ground on the edge of the creek watching a natural crossing. He’s seen 2 already.

We are both sitting on the ground so hoping we don’t get gored. If they try it I will respectfully shoot them in the neck.

I have a Marlin 30-30 that's 50 yrs old or so and it's a deer killing machine...

My son says his goal for next season is to kill a deer with my dads old Model 94. He probably will too.
