Wish we actually saw some during Primetime coverage. All we got were Swimming and Track Semis. You had to stay up after News at 10 to get anything good.

Peacock coverage was wall to wall almost every minute of competition. I hope they leave it up for a while there are a bunch of events I would like to watch.

Montage on now. Same track that NBC has used the last 20 years
Yeah that theme is great and should never get replaced.

I love the Olympics...just don't care for sports that have judges...so I typically avoid watching them...

First time I've actually been able to watch it and I enjoyed it more than I ever thought I would. Already looking forward to the next

Until we meet again Velodrome.

I have no idea what women’s Omnium means, but damnit we won a gold in it and I love it.

Just wish NBC still ran the credits at the end with a montage of the best moments.

The biggest travesty of the whole event is NBC ditching the opening seconds of their Olympic theme in the broadcasts.

The last summer Olympics I tried to explain it and wrote a tome but it still wasn't enough. Let's just say it is complicated.

30,000ft view is that it is 4 races you score points in each and the most points wins. The races are now Scratch, Tempo, Elimination, and Points. It is generally considered to crown the best all-around track cyclist. I liked the last version which had a timed lap, individual pursuit, and time trial (1km men and .5km women) I thought it was a better challenge but the UCI didn't agree, I think it was just more of a PITA to run. The points race is wild, it might be worth a watch if you have Peacock while the replay is still up. Kinda like NASCAR on bikes with fewer crashes and more complex rules.

I love watching the Olympics. This year my daughter, who isn’t in to sports, was all in on watching a lot of the events so that made it even more fun for me.

Paris was a great host city with epic venues

There really were some incredible venues/backdrops. Not many cities can match what Paris was able to do in that regard. Several events with the Eiffel tower as the background, equestrian at Versailles, fencing in the Crystal Palace(Grand Palais), cycling/marathon through the city(Montmarte/Sacre Couer, through the Louvre, etc), surfing in Tahiti(not Paris, but still amazing). I'd say swimming in the Seine, but that was pretty brutal.

It'll be hard to top some of those for future games.
