What an awesome performance. He turned on those hippy jets in the last 100 meters.

I saw it live by chance. Watched the whole race. Would never have picked him having shorter legs

He took more steps than everyone in the field

He owes thanks to the Norwegian that set the pace, then gave him the inside as he faded

That was almost Billy Millls.

Yorker didn't get elbowed and jostled at the end to throw him off his kick like Mills but still win but he did get boxed down the stretch and really had to check up his stride and weave around traffic.

Best mile race I’ve seen, and Ingridbristen (spelling is off) was so concerned with Kerr he gave Hocker the inside, otherwise he would have had to go to lane 3.

That was awesome. First time in 112 years we had two guys on the podium and only the 4th American winner in history.

I wonder how close he would have been to WR if he was able to slip around Jakob the first time he tried to go.

They said that was his PR by 3 seconds. I think he was only ever going to run fast enough to beat the other two.
