Let the record show I am a moderate and listen to FOX first over CNN. The fact is I have to go to CNN for coverage because FOX seems to be ignoring the story. I would ask why?

Seems to me it would be a perfect opportunity to trash Obama.

CNN has been pretty hard on the Democratic party and I would like to know why FOX isn't covering this story? Thoughts?

Fox is a national/global news organiztion - there are many other stories of importance that they also have to cover.

While many Democrats feel that Fox looks for opportunities to 'trash' the President - I feel that they just do a decent job in presenting facts...most of the time.

Hell, the local news covers other stories in their broadcasts - why would you expect anything else from a national network.

Between the Europe's economy teetering on the brink, the Korea's about to go to war, our economy, etc., there are a lot of other stories that matter to other people.

Hannity and Carville are BFF's. We must be watching a different Fox.

I guess I'm the a-hole than. I'm sorry but they are covering the spill right now. Layiegh kayliegh ( tv personality) is holding a forum. Sorry if I misspelled her name, but I don't know who she is.

Ann Coulter was the other guest.

Unbiased indeed.

They do but its just a 5 min attack piece. Sorry, but faux is not really constructive in the dialogue surrounding BP. I dont hear much negative news on BP like the other stations which are also putting pressure on Obama but point to BP as the main culprit.

Uh yeah, that's why rummel?
It's probably the worst enviromental disaster of this generation. Politics do not belong in this disaster. Fox, clearly is showing their poli stance.

I actually think CNN is doing a good job of covering the spill. Fox made it political right out the shoot, CNN has seem to follow.

I flipped over to FOX last night and saw a guest talking about it being the environmentalists' fault for not letting us drill closer to shore.

And that was my monthly, 2-minute visit to FOX news just to remember what a joke it is.

I have been very disappointed in Fox's coverage. This IS one of the top domestic news stories and CNN has been blowing them away. While CNN is giving detailed news coverage from the Coast and asking really tough questions of those in charge, Fox is giving a light and airy segment on Xtreme Food awards, discussing fat and sodium content in fast foods. Now that there is some informative ground breaking journalism. And ges what they have me greatly anticipating next? A live performance by a Journey cover band. I have never been a big CNN fan and have preferred Fox until now. CNN truly are acting like our advocates. And say what you will about AC, he has been money as of late.
