well, if it is in fact the riser, the inside diameter is 19"

The only difference, to me, is that it seems that there seems to be more pressure coming out of the pipe.

OK so they put mud in and we should see it come out of the hole where the oil is coming out???? I'm sorry but I don't understand how the mud works ... only that if it works then they cement it. ???
