the cone will bounce a lot during these formative days as the storm truly finds its center
it's a broad circulation right now... and the true "center" of it will move around until the storm gets better developed
unfortunately those fluctuations by the center will cause the NHC to move its cone around as it reacts to what the storm is doing
pretty sure it was an "eye reformation" that caused Delta's track to shift from NOLA to LC
