Why is this illegal? It's a fricking dog, not a human being. On what grounds could they possibly arrest him?




Humans are animals, animals almost always only kill for food/protection, we're supposed to be of higher ordered thinking - hence why most feel we should protect other defenseless animals from cruelty, especially those we decide to make dependent on us.

I think it's illegal to shoot one multiple times and allow it to remain alive suffering. Just a hunch that'd be considered cruel to a reasonable person.

I have a dog and would never harm her, to be clear. But I don't think non-human's have any rights of any kind.
