most families didn't have the clout to go beyond his fam clout - and then the tables turned.

Exactly. He's not old enough to be teaching high school.
Any teacher under 40 should be limited to primary and middle schools.

Not sure why the downvote, but it's true. The turnover rates in the lower grades is INSANE.
