Honestly it doesnt mean shite, he still makes millions a year, this is barely a punishment.
They need to boot him off the platform for a period of time and forego him that revenue, because he still gets ad revenue, just not "top-tier"

THEN he takes all the footage, and edits a video to post on youtube to his 10 million subscribers with some lame barely thought out disclaimer, a terrible blur like that makes it okay, and suicide hotline number. The guy puts a disclaimer up, but uses a thumbnail of him making a "WTF" face next the dead body before you even see a disclaimer. Meanwhile his audience are millions of kids and teens.
That was the THUMBNAIL he created.
