I wonder if they are taking into account things like emergency services and such.

So you claimed that they were jobs and not a career. Can you explain why you said that? I honestly don’t know why or how you could make that claim.

I’m sure there will be roads and access for that. But not tells regular folks. Regular folks will do as we say.

Also helps that these no cars allowed areas are full of grassy areas and trees so it’s noticeably more pleasant than other areas.
Sounds almost too good to be true.

Right, and I don't believe you.

Even if I did, someone who genuinely doesn't know the difference between a job and a career, or cannot be bothered to find that information on their own, isn't someone I'll engage in serious discourse. Sorry, if that's actually the case.

So just to be clear, you’re saying if these are worked by the same person, these are jobs and not a career?

Feisty on this nice Saturday afternoon lol.

And what tax payers are being pushed out. These places I’m describing are generating a gigantic amount of economic activity.

The most successful one of these places in my city was a mostly rundown and abandoned light industrial area 30 years ago. Now it’s full of people having a good time and spending money.

You said the poster who worked these had jobs, not a career. So how did you determine that it was jus jobs for that poster but it wasn’t their career?

Correct. It had nothing to do with the person working those jobs.

How does closing a few blocks to traffic cost millions of tax payer dollars?

So how are they just jobs and not a career? YOU know that this persons career doesn’t include these jobs?
