Been going 3 months now with a lace front human hair system after being bald for 2 decades. Only problem is hair color isnt naturally peppered with grey hairs so its gonna be 1 solid color, but finally found a color that works. Got this Doctor Strange look going on. Took a while to get adjusted to glueing and cleaning, but got it down.

Folks never would have guessed its a hair peice. Also say I look healthier and ask if I have lost weight (jokes on them, my BMI is over weight).

Wife asked if I would entertain it, so I thought why not since I've been bald for 20 years.

Anyone else willing to share their experience?

Don’t want to deal with the hassle….I’m comfortable in my baldness!

So everyone that you know knows you're wearing a toupee?

I'd rather just buzz it and be done.

You spent a long time explaining how you just bought a toupee.

Yes it looks stupid. Yes people can tell. No they don't think you've lost weight.

I do a lot of sales business and jobsite visits. So its really folks i know personally that know its a hair peice.

I've done a good job shaving close or wearing a ball cap to conceal the hairline.

Man this seems like a lot of work for a physical insecurity. Work that seems unsustainable if you have any semblance of a busy life.

Seems like getting psychologically comfortable with being bald would be a much cheaper, easier, and healthy path.

Do you really care all that much?

Don't listen to the bald haters who are prob bald. If it works for Seinfeld it can work for you!

I once saw a bald guy in a South American airport who had a million swollen and partially bleeding dots on his scalp. He also had a few bandages.

I guess he was probably saving tons of money getting a hair transplant outside the US.

Bold move all around.

Just hop a flight to Istanbul and get a hair transplant like everybody else .

Joe Buck apparently had an “addiction” to hair plugs that caused him some pretty significant health issues (facial paralysis if I remember correctly).

Dudes will straight up mutilate themselves over baldness.

My cousin Larry got his pubes transplanted to his head. It looks very natural.

I was told about going to Turkey for plugs. I'd rather not permanently Frankenstein my scalp to be popping Rogain for the rest of my life.
