LINK to last year's thread so nobody bitches about bumping old shite.

I resolved to be more hostile & belligerent in 2015. I exceeded my own expectations and I'm proud to say I am now a top notch a-hole.

For 2016, I resolve to drink more alcohol more frequently.

I don't drink nearly as much as I used to - that's about to change.

I'm going to lose 30 lbs while simultaneously drinking more, proving that booze is actually a benefit to one's health.

To get back down to 200, but I'll settle for 205. That's the weight I was when I first started college and was playing receiver. Sitting at 240 now. 35 pounds in a year shouldn't be too bad.......I hope

2) Make 3.0 or better in school (Spring and Fall)
3) Train my New Husky pup
4) Increase Bench max to 400 (currently at 340)

My 2015 resolution was to read a book per week and I ended up with 73 read. One of my resolutions for 2016 is to read 100. My other one is to lose another 100 pounds. Went from 420 in 2014 to 275 currently. No sense in not being under 200. I've been lazy the last 6 months or so

I don't know how conducive losing 23 pounds is going to be to adding 60 pounds to your bench press. Good luck baw.
