Guy calls tech support scammers, refund scammers, etc. Uses a voice modulator and waste the scammers time for hours.
Guy I watch uses a virtual machine where the scammers connect and allows them to run their scam, eventually allowing them to "accidentally" refund 1000s more and asking him (or the grandma they think is on the phone) to go buy gift cards so they can keep their job
It's fantastic
