Owl, rehab is work as you know but well worth it. Celebrate even the little successes and don’t let setbacks get you’ve down. And if you’ve should get down in the dumps let your doc know — there are treatments for that!!

(And covid is causing blood clotting issues. Every resident in the facility where I work that got swabbed for covid got a test as well to see if there was indication of a blood clot which can cause strokes or worse)
