I been reading this site for 20 years and not one thing has changed to its format or layout. I think Drudge even mixed it up a time or two.
The format here is still simple, clean. Mobile took this site to another level. I remember my workday poops became a lot more interesting.

It is cleaner than a lot but missing a lot of functionality that is pretty common. Embed (though limited) and dark mode were welcome, however, late additions.

Message boards are the superior format of "social media" for long-form discourse and conversation.
There are so many niche communities that have an absolute wealth of information for damn near anything you can think of, they're just hard to find due to SEO.
