bringing the cart to the return area is basically the same thing as dropping your trash on the floor at the restaurant because they "pay people to clean it up".

I do that too

Doug Stanhope has a great bit on how it’s not all about the fricking children. Too many lazy asses use that as an excuse.

When I wa a kid, parents would leave kids in a car in a parking lot with the keys in the ignition and a pack of cigs on the dash.

I think you can take 30 seconds to put a cart back. Nobody wants your shitty kids that bad. I wouldn’t kidnap a kid if you paid me a million bucks up front and guaranteed I would get away with it, No thanks.

I used to not do it occasionally because I had my kids in the truck in the middle of the summer.

Only reason I won't return one now is when I have my son in the car. Just can't trust people today.

If I have to bag my own groceries at checkout when I’m not at self-checkout, I’m not bringing the cart back.

Never saw this in any other state I've lived in. Just a lot of lazy fatties in south Louisiana. Most ppl who do this are individuals of low moral character as well.

Live shot from Walmart parking lot somewhere near the borderland.

Because people are fricking lazy. It blows my mind at the things people consider "inconvenient". Like parking. People will drive around forever to get a closer parking spot so they don't have to walk a little further.

People would rather throw their trash on the ground for others to pick up than to go put it in a garbage can themselves. Lazy.

This is a Louisiana thing.

It is an American thing. I see it everywhere. Except in MS, they don't leave the carts in the parking lot. They take them home or make them home. There is a reason why the carts wheels now lock when the leave the parking lot.

I bet you ask to wash your dishes before you leave the restaurant too. Taking another job from some young buck.
