You ever long for the old Weather Channel?

Just chill music and the weather forecast 24/7. I looked for a modern day vibe replacement. The best thing I’ve found so far is the youtube channel Fox Weather LIVE Across America. It’s 24/7 live camera shots of places throughout America with their current temperatures and chill music in the background.

Weirdly enough in New Hampshire the weather channel had those same graphics years after it had changed back South. They were using them through 2008.
Now, I have no idea why that was the case since it's supposed to be a national feed, but the local on the 8s was still old school. It was very nostalgic to see.

I miss being able to see just the weather radar on its own TV channel. Not sure if that's what you're talking about.

I remember when it seemed like a monumental step forward in technology when you could get your local weather forecast every eight minutes on TV. We would leave the weather channel on with the sound turned up until we would hear, “and now your local forecast”, and everyone would rush into the room with the TV.

Man, that is really old school! They read about a 10 minute audio loop of the ocean conditions with that constant radar when I was at lsu!

Yes and their website is complete shite with ads, stupid non weather stories, etc. TWC is complete shite these days. All of the Atlanta Cable channels have turned to shite
