Is there a minimum population in this hypothetical? Cause I'm pretty sure any po-dunk town with hardly in any people in it would be the worst.

Hood is a paradise compared to Bliss. Luckily, I've only been there for field problems and PLDC.

My duty station was Fulda which was not far from there. Cold as shite in the winter but summers and springs are pretty nice.
