Excellent video.
But common sense is the antithesis of today's corrupt leaders and government.

If you truly cared about global warming / climate change then you wouldn't allow people who pollute and have depleted all their natural resources to go to a place and do the same there.
An easy solution to natural resources and pollution is to force people who create issues in their own country to deal with them there. Do not allow a country to produce more humans than there resources can handle only to have them move to other countries like the USA.

This is unfortunately true. But there's not anything I can do about it. And even if I could, I wouldn't.
And beyond that, we have America's status as the workshop of the world during WWII for our massive (but now declining) middle class.
If outsourcing of manufacturing is inevitable, we should work harder to develop northern and central Mexico rather than China. Mexico isn't perfect - but it is actually an ally, and trade lanes between the US and Mexico are far less volatile than those from China.

As Wilkow says "when you bring there to here, here becomes there"

Didn’t watch the video, but saw another similar theme, there are 4.5 billion people on this planet that make less than $10 USD a day, let that sink in and realize there is not enough money in a 100 lifetimes to get all those people to the same level that the US enjoys. Global equity is impossible, the liberals at the top know it and they will make you feel bad about it just to take your money, but there is literally no fix. We can only work hard to maintain what we have so that we can help others in small incremental steps. But corruption, power greed will always be a roadblock.

The best thing the US could do to stem illegal immigration would be to work with those countries to help them setup manufacturing that is currently being made in China.
Many of the border crossers are looking for work and money. If that was available there many would stay. That would strengthen our hemisphere while removing power from China.

This is not very Christ-like

The reason their countries are shitholes isn’t because of the dirt that makes up their land.

The goal is to just send everyone backwards. If everyone is poor then we will finally have equality.
Middle class just gets in the way and doesn’t listen to bill gates.

Didn't watch but I hope he mentioned the 3rd world Brain Drain.
Those places will always be shitholes as long as their best and brightest keep fleeing to the West.
I think if you could have just 1 generation of their own best and brightest staying in their home country, they could turn themselves around.
ETA- watched the video and I see that's exactly the point he makes. Great minds think alike.

Isn't that what all this foreign aid is supposed to do? So we pay twice...
... and I suspect the USGOV encourages businesses to bring manufacturing closer to the US from over the seas.
