You become extremely rich and get a mansion. What non-degenerate eccentric room will have?

For me, I’d probably have a flag room/map room. Just a room covered in all the flags of places I’ve lived in and traveled to. The bigger the flag, the more impactful that place has been.
I added maps to this because maps are cool but I don’t know how I’m implementing the maps.

My buddy’s dad has a room like that. The thing is he doesn’t drink at all. He just keeps it for whenever he has to do entertaining and he just drinks coke.

Legit had a "lego room" as a kid. My brothers and I shared a large room and there was an adjunct room (slightly larger than a closet) and we used it for legos. Our old babysitter gifted us with two large garbage bags full of legos aside from what we already had on our own.
If I was extremely rich I'd have some sort of Aquarium room with tropical fish.

I'd have a room for detailed cities as with model railroad setups.
