She hit him twice. On her 2nd hit he pushed her harder but in same manner he tried to extend his arm after her 1st punch. She then fell to the ground. I don’t think to the ground was intended, but more of the lady being a female and off balance from her female attempt to hit him.

I would like to know what the guy was doing or had done if anything or just what stated it, but it still seems like the female had a chance to stop herself.

I wouldn’t convict the guy based on what we know from only the tweet, but I would only want to convict the female of the lowest assault possible. I don’t think she did much damage. Maybe a psych hold.

I would like to convict the employees for being worthless and stealing company money for getting paid for being worthless.

I think both of y’all are wrong if making absolute statements here.

I can’t see this guy having any justification to shoot this lady. Maybe if she kept coming at him He could draw his gun as an additional warning not that it would have been necessary here, but his life was not in danger at all to justify shooting her in anyway or drawing a weapon unless she picked something up. He basically stiff armed her to the ground because she got off balance trying to girlie punch the guy and he was a big guy.

It looked like a big brother and a little sister getting into a shoving match. It was almost like the opposite reaction of her punch started her going backwards due to size and strength differences like bouncing off the Blob and with already being off balance his stiff arm to her left shoulder just added to what was already happening to her.

I’m not a fat incel and I like feisty women so I would have taken all of her punches, talked the police out of pressing charges, drove her back to the trailer park, and then spent the night with her. We would likely now be living in her trailer together after I bought her a used Kia, paid the past due rent, and bought new school clothes for her 4 mixed-race children.

I would be suprised if anyone is charged with anything. The man should not be charged, because he didn’t break any laws and the woman will not be charged simply because she is a woman. Would not be suprised if the woman tries to sue both the guy and the business they were in, though.
