If you want to say their original intent was to be there to peacefully protest and not "peacefully protest", ok. I've seen nothing to say they weren't. Their intent and method for "peace keeping" in attempting to kill KR as he is going to turn himself in turns that on it's head.

If we can't assume Rittenhouse showed up with a gun with the intent to shoot people (and I don't), then we can't assume that literally everyone else there was there with the intent to destroy stuff.

These people had been rioting for 2 days. It's safe to say that on the 3rd day, people aren't showing up to peacefully march in the streets. Huber was also using a skateboard as a weapon which is a popular/common tactic for antifa/black bloc
