I got a 30 oz for free at work. I wouldn't pay for one myself. Some days it holds ice longer than others. Either way I don't keep a drink long enough to need that.

The 20 I have is great for coffee which is about all I use it for
I don't need it to have a fully closing lid but I will say that would be the only possible knock on it

I got the 20 oz as a gift and I love it. I don't drink coffee so I use it for cold drinks. I would only buy the 30 oz if it came with a handle. The 20 oz is borderline heavy when full. It is superior to a Tervis tumbler for sure.
