So they hydroplaned and thought the car next to them hit them. Why place blame on someone else when they lost control of their car?
And then how to they expect nopd to do anything with no evidence? Cant measure the holes off a picture. If the bullet didnt go through the door it is in the door. There is evidence in the car that can be analyzed and used to arrest/prosecute.

I've solved the crime. The gunshots came from a "borrowed" Garden District Infinity the shooter found while walking with his accomplice. He had a white t-shirt, facial features, two arms, and pants on per NOLA.com. He is a resident of either Algiers or New Orleans East.
