Obviously Thanksgiving is Thursday but family should be arriving soon.
Political arguments, trashy in laws, drunken uncles, lazy moochers in the family, file your reports here.
It's a sad state of affairs in the cricket family household. A little background, I can't stand my sister. She's been a lying, manipulative, narcissistic, abusive human being for as long as I can remember but you always faced the wrath of mom if you spoke out against her little black sheep. And she's about as hardcore progressive left as one can get.
She's real upset at me at the moment after some admitted gloating by me following the Rittenhouse case. I haven't done thanksgiving with them in a few years but according to my siblings, she tends to come over with her friends that look something like a bdsm dungeon met a golden corral.

I can't stand any of them and I've found out through the grapevine that apparently, they're all a bit hot under the collar with ole Jiminy for my outward logical outlook on life and politics and are planning to "tell me something about it when they see me." My BiL is about as MAGA as they come so I'm sure he and I will be stoking some embers throughout the day. I plan on pouring a fat glass of double oaked Woodford and watching the fireworks begin.
And if worse comes to worse, Mrs. Cricket & myself will retire to our peaceful home, relish in marital relations and await the LSU hire.

FTR, I put the chances of any of these unhinged, deranged, conglomeration of defective sperm & egg frickwads saying a single word to any of us at essentially zero. I'm sure they'll make a facebook live post on the car ride home about how triggering it was to see so much "white hate" though.

There's 4 women. Australian fine dining chef. She's sweet butthick. Russian here illegally working the system hoping for citizenship. Thick and lazy. Hispanic uber driver. Thick and crazy. Cambodian American. IWHI but no pic.
Eta the chef is making mac and cheese, the uber driver shrimp cocktail, the Russian nothing but will eat with us , I believe the Cambodian will be with her kids that live with her parents until she has her life in order. I'm bringing a pumpkin pie. Turkey is on the house. Two different guys are making yams and neither wants to defer.. Gonna have a yam off

Yeah, I’m with the guy on the first page who said sorry about your crazy families, but my family is awesome. My Thanksgiving weeks are awesome. Family comes in usually on Tuesday or Wednesday, we are out in the woods 12 out of 24 hours a day From Monday to Wednesday. Go out for an early morning hunt on Thursday, by the time we come in and shower, the booze is flowing and more family is piling in. Spend the rest of the weekend hunting or going to/watching football, and family heads out on Sunday, saying will see you in a month.

Going to wife’s family for brunch. It’s a cluster and she has some crazies in the family line. First person that pops of about being vaccinated and I’m gonna go ape shizz. Most feel the same way as me but there is always one. Going to my parents for dinner with my brothers and his family. Always enjoy it and thank goodness my wife gets along well now
