I’m hiring some Baws to do some digging and hauling. What’s a fair hourly?

Does it not seen reasonable to ask the fellers doing the work, what they charge?

They're gonna be digging and hauling your wife if you know what I mean.

Hourly? My guy gets $160 a month and does the yard once a week. That's edging, raking, etc

What do you mean by “hiring some baws”?

If it’s just a few high schoolers and a couple hours work, then 20hr per.

If it’s a company crew, you’ll be lucky if they don’t charge more than $50/per man hour.

If you want the cheap route, go to Home Depot and pick up a couple hombres.

These Baws work on a “pay us what’s fair” basis.

My guys are here weekly and it's $120/month. You need to have a talk with your guy, Oates.

If those guys aren't rookies they should know about how long the job will take if they know exactly what you want done and should be able to give you a set price for the work.
My advise from someone that's in that type of biz a set amount should be settled ''Before'' the job starts.
