Guarantee you Boomer parents top city in US wasn't a fricking 21% housing affordability out of college. They could get a *mortgage* 2-4 years after college easily back then.

Wages have stagnated for so long, it's truly incredible how much the subsequent generations are getting butt fckd

I mean, I've never had a problem with the place but no way.
