If those are their boyfriends, does it count as cheating for one chick when the other one is having sexy time with the one that's her boyfriend? How do they determine which boyfriend gets 1st dibs and which gets sloppy seconds?

So, after consultation with Wikipedia, they have only one reproductive system. So, if you hit it, do you disappoint them both or just one of them while the other sits there bored? Does it count as a threesome or a two-and-a-halfsome? If you are only interested in one of them, do you put a bag on the other one's head so you can get some privacy?

In all seriousness I don't know if I could handle that. I saw some programs as well and they seem to be happy and live normal lives (singular life?). I feel like I probably would have taken one for the team and just had them kill me and try to salvage the sibling. But I doubt that's even possible.

Oh, that's easy. They both die. Many organs are repeated; they have 2 hearts and 4 lungs. However, they share other organs, like their liver. Also, their circulatory systems are interconnected. For instance, when one twin drinks, they both get drunk (is that assault if the other one doesn't want to get drunk?). So when one goes, the other is likely to go as well in short order from any number of reasons.
Fright.
Extreme stress on and failure of the surviving twin's organs.
Direct loss of an organ that was mainly the other twin's.
Systemic sepsis of the live twin would likely occur as the dead one starts to rot.
