I hope Seth’s career is forever ruined and is forced to crawl back to the Pacific Northwest in shame. I have zero sympathy for people that try to pull stunts like that. The gay community should be furious with him.

Even if he goes to jail for extortion, they will still claim it was a setup and he was a gay martyr rather than admit he faked a hate crime.

after reading the past few pages, I have com to the conclusion, Lester Earl sucks dick like Seth does. Thats why he is so adamant to call people out about being a homophobe.

1. NOPD will investigate and present to DA to bring charges under the criminal statute that you cited, if they choose.
2. He is threatening to file a claim against WWL under a different legal theory (hostile work environment). There is no criminal statute for filing a false civil claim, but penalties/sanctions exist for those that bring claims for an improper purpose.

How and why did NOPD get involved in the first place?
Did Seth and his attorney call the police?
I assume WWL and Entercom felt a crime was committed so they filed a police report?
