Friend sent these to me and she wants to know if she should go to the doctor.
Looks like a bruise, but has a white center and looks like a bite mark.

It's a spider bite, I'd go to the doc but I encounter dangerous spiders often at work. It's your call but as someone else said if it starts to get red streaks coming from it go to closest medical help post haste.
