Do you go in and read what you post? You post a few tweets with some very selective quoting of what was actually said.
The below is the section from Time. I will wait to see if Time is doing the same with exactly how the last 2 sentences were stated including context like if he was actually circling back to talk about the soldiers killed in Kuwait which was mentioned right before.
quote:
Iran retaliated with missile and drone bombardments against U.S. bases and allied territory, targeting military facilities across the Gulf, including Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar. One Iranian drone killed six American service members at a U.S. command center in Kuwait. Asked whether Americans should be worried about retaliatory attacks at home, Trump acknowledges the possibility. “I guess,” he says. “But I think they’re worried about that all the time. We think about it all the time. We plan for it. But yeah, you know, we expect some things. Like I said, some people will die. When you go to war, some people will die."

The only thing that worries me here is… the Kurds are far from the majority. Iran is basically split into thirds of demographics.
As long as our troops are not mediating the factions… bless

I remember when the media was hyping up the Kurds in either Desert Storm or Iraq War 2, and then they showed an aerial shot of the solders and they were riding really fast on horses.

Can't remember the last time I watched the Colbert Show, but this is one of the funniest comedy bits I've seen in a while...
