I doubt the recipients noticed or cared if they did. If they noticed and understood it, they’d probably say what I say when I see medical bills and insurance payments “huh that’s ridiculous” - and that can mean the amount billed was crazy or the amount paid is crazy or both.

Louisiana regularly pays for kids who may be "on the spectrum" for physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy.
I'm not sure what occupation a 3 year old has but I'm sure it helps.
(And yes...I know of a 3 year old that gets all 3. He's really just a clumsy kid).

Those people exposing the corruption, have a moral and ethical conviction the people involved in the corruption have none, she sure wasn't exposing any corruption to end her gravy train
