Also, to everyone concerned about the heat...
There are advantages to living in the northeast, and one of those advantages is that it really isn't hot at all right now. Been having 70 degree days in Boston for a while now. So even without AC it would probably feel pretty comfortable in there.
Now, of course, there's also that whole "winter" thing you have to deal with...

Tailgating is about being inclusive and hanging out with all of the other drunk folks.

That's a valid concern. They do just fine with the old-fashioned single pane windows. It's the new double pane, argon filled, super high efficiency, EPA certified windows that the hollow bricks struggle with.

You could have holes in the air columns that supported it. You may need a little more air pressure to keep the thing inflated but I think it could work. Then use a powerful a/c unit instead the blower fan that they use to inflate it.
