The people who cause the daily noon wreck on I-10 around Acadian deserve the same fate.

Jesus Christ. Should we also have it for those who speed or don't wear seat belts?

While that's obviously retarded, I think it also needs to apply to anyone caught blocking an intersection.

They're called an "accident", not an "on purpose." Let that sink in.

I think they owe a dollar to each vehicle they delay. But, driverless cars will be here before we ever get such a system in place.

No, but I would support a measure to allow drivers to disable the vehicle of those weaving in and out of lanes at high speeds.

Yes. One of those turns my 1.5 to 2 hr plus easily. Nothing like getting home and having to be asleep within an hour to get 8 hours

No, but I've often wondered how people would drive if when they caused a wreck, they were financially responsible for all of the lost productivity/work from all the people stuck in the traffic they created.

Cause one wreck on Interstate and you could be bankrupt. Then you'd have to ride the bus.

Death to tailgaters, as well as drivers who spill over into your lane while passing (no kidding) because you are too lazy to put down the cell phone.
