okyo and New York are great cities
New York City is the most overrated place in this country. Hell on earth as far as I'm concerned.

Is everything equal as far as pay to home price ratio?

In my single days I would have picked Nashville then Atlanta.
In my late 20s, I lived in ATL for a bit. Was surprised how much I liked it. I wasn't thrilled about having to move there. But I'm old and fatigued now... I woudn't want any part of it these days.

You can't compare Atlanta to NYC. It's not even close.

Atlanta because it is the NY of the South, which isn’t a good thing. But what is a good thing is the massive market for high paying jobs unlike Nashville or Charlotte. Don’t move to Nashville unless you’re in healthcare or tourism. Don’t move to Charlotte unless you’re in healthcare or finance.

Nashville or Atlanta. If Atlanta, then in the neighborhood by truist.
Probably would pick Atlanta if the jobs offered the same pay.

Atl is beautiful but the crime and kulcha ruin it
Charlotte is nice but too quiet
So the winner is Nashville! At least it has a sense of being alive

NY has.turned into a shithole. It was once truly the greatest city on the planet, no longer.
Atlanta is the better city now in every aspect. It is the new New York.

The population of intown Atlanta has greatly gentrified the last 20 years. There are still pockets where crime is still bad but overall the crime rate in the city is actually pretty low for a major city. (It wasn't trending that way 4-5 years ago)

Charlotte and it's not close.
Beaches to the right, mountains to the left.

Easily Charlotte or Nashville. I hated living in Atlanta

Ok well the kulcha be prevalent though. You feel me?

Charlotte is kind of boring, but it’s the superior of the three.

If I have to choose one, Nashville, then Charlotte, with Atlanta being a distant third

I'm in Charlotte 3 or 4 times a year and always have fun. Only complaint is the layout, too spread out.

Nashville
Grew up here. Live here. Will retire here.
Best city I’ve ever lived.
