No, and i don't dislike Mark Hamill. i am a fan of alot of his work.

No celebrity is worth really that amount of money for a picture and a handshake. They are just a person who does a job, and one that isnt even that particularly important in the grand scheme of things. They arent any better than any of us so why would i pay to hang out with em?

No, but honestly, there’s not a single person I would pay for a pic or autograph

No. But as a lad in '76, I and every American male would've saved up $400 to buy Dorothy Hamill for an hour. One of the first "marketed" female athlete All-American Dolls. Gee Her Hair Smells Terrific.

No. In fact, I think paying for celebrity / sports signatures are a collosal waste of time and money.

To each his own though with his time and money. Spend it however you wish.

I had a buddy who's a huge nerd. He's an engineer, but lived at home with his mom. So he had a lot of disposable cash.

He would go to every single of these conventions that he could, and he would pay thousands of dollars to meet and take pictures with celebrities.

I'd ask him "how was the comic con?"

"It was great. I met Karl Urban. Want to see a picture?"

And he'd pull out an 8x10 autographed photo of his nerdy arse standing next to Urban.

Well, he eventually got a girlfriend, and she put an end to that shite real quick.

I asked "Hey did you catch the Fan Expo last weekend?"

And he'd sheepishly reply "Nah, I was busy and couldn't make it."
