I couldn't, in good conscience, sit on my arse while my daughter cuts the grass.

Pull weeds? Water the flower beds? Every indoor task that my wife and I do? Sure.

I just feel like cutting grass is for dudes. I'm probably not right for thinking it but oh well.

I have zero complaints about living in an apartment. I prefer it

No, too dangerous.

I mowed the grass younger than that

I think I started before the age of ten. I probably wouldn't force my daughter to do it, but I'm not going to knock anyone that does... The girl in the OP is plenty old enough.

My kids will definitely have chores to do.

Does the grass get cut?

That's all that matters

I use a Scotts classic reel mower.

No one in my house can cut the grass and not have it looking like shite, so it's either me or I pay someone.

I had a bad neighbor years ago. His alarm was talk radio really loud right by my bed

I just asked him to do something about it and never heard it again

No. I would not. Is she being provided with protective items while mowing the lawn?

You wouldn't make your son mow grass? I mowed lawn every weekend from 13-16, for 3 acres. Wish my parents felt that way.

Both of mine did. They'd didn't complain but both wanted to cut the back. After some time I asked why and they told me, "Cause, dad, everyone sees us when we cut the front."

I pretty much cut it all from then on.

I think girls shouldn't have to do things that would callous their hands, or be potentially hazardous unless they ask to. I realize that's sexist, but oh well. There are plenty of other things that can be done around the home.

He does his own laundry and cleans his bathroom and takes out the trash. Oh and unloads the dishwasher

That's it. He's not my personal slave
