Worst year to ever be born on earth

536 CE – Congratulations, you have just been born at the start of what many historians call the worst year to be alive. The sun dims for more than a year because of massive volcanic eruptions, triggering the Late Antique Little Ice Age. Crops fail, famines spread everywhere, the Roman Empire continues to fall apart, and the Plague of Justinian soon arrives. China, Europe, and much of the known world turn into pure misery. Nobody is safe.
1310 CE – The Medieval Warm Period ends and the Little Ice Age begins. Europe is hit with brutal famines, crop failures, and then the Black Death, which wipes out nearly half the population. Life expectancy just became a cruel joke.
1610 CE – The climate cools again, bringing another deep freeze and more chaos. Europe suffers through the Thirty Years War, the Ming Dynasty collapses in China, and the Ottoman and Mughal Empires dominate their regions. If you live in the Americas, colonization is tearing your world apart, and survival depends on luck or servitude. Good luck Chuck.
1895 CE – You arrive just in time for a nonstop century of disasters. World War One, the Spanish Flu, the Great Depression, World War Two, and then decades of Cold War tension. It is basically the full global catastrophe package.
My pick – Probably living through the 1600s in the Americas, facing the consequences of European colonization and the Atlantic slave trade. You would watch your entire way of life collapse and transform forever. There is no going back. Also, the 30 years war was hell on earth in Germany and Central Europe too.

Common era, it’s idiotic, I just retcon it as Christian Era.
