I interviewed at a large Texas university for a position. It was three days. Last day I was interviewed by my prospective direct reports. One guy asked me what my sign was. I said Scorpio. He paused for a few seconds and said, "That will work." I I thought you will the first person I fire. I turned down the offer.

I. Absolutely. LOVE. The question about, "What's your biggest weakness?"
I love even more the people in HR or Upper Managemenet who think that's some crazy difficult question to navigate.
My answer: "My biggest weakness is that at times I tend to hold people to the same standards I hold myself to...and that's usually not very fair."

I worked in the produce department of a grocery store in high school and my first two years of college.
Seeing this on my resume, the interviewer asked me, "If you were a piece of produce, what would you be?"
