I like to hit back, shoulders, chest, arms, and legs over the course of a week mixing it up with exercises from these three:

Arnold Schwarzenegger bodybuilding encyclopedia.

Buff Dudes youtube channel

Mark Rippetoe Starting Strength

Try Jim Stoppani's 12 weeks to size or whatever. I've heard great things about it, I'm doing Steve Cook's currently.

It works, but it gets REALLY boring.

Arm day here. Gotta work the triceps better.

Anyone have any suggestions on good ways to shock the triceps? Will have to work out at my office gym, so I'll only have dumbbells and basically a bowflex available.

Leg day

High reps: 20-30
Leg press
Leg extensions
Leg curls
Glut ham raises

Moderate reps: 10-15
Seated calf raises
Sumo squats w/ heavy dumbbell
Forward and backward lunges w/ dumbbells

Then finish it all of with many aimless attempts at grabbing rim with both hands till exhaustion and some pick up basketball after for cardio.

You can only do buff dudes workouts inside of a homemade buff dudes wooden power rack baw.

Bench
Squats
bent over rows
tricep pull downs
possibly some curls if my forearm allows
calves.

slowly getting back to where I was before my shoulder sidelined me for months.

5:00 of push ups
