ETA: I will provide no further description that might give any idea of my relative's job as this company absolutely is vindictive. I find it hard to believe that the people painting a rosey picture here aren't lying.
So just like any other major public traded corporation who's ultimate responsibility is to shareholders.
So you can get abused by your company and not work in a fun place, or you can get abused by your company and work in a fun place.

Just think about all the people responsible for sanitation and cleaning of the place that you never see. All the hotel workers cleaning rooms. These people aren't strange weirdos, just people not very well off trying to survive.
You got a shite ton of engineers and craft maintaining all the boring equipment that never get seen in the parks.
That's just the tip of the iceberg of the people takes to run those parks that aren't really seen by people visiting.

This says more about you than Disney, dude. Family on both sides in Orlando, we have tons of friends and family that work there. They are all pretty normal people with families and careers.

There are definitely weirdos, and lots of them, but that's true of any place that is hiring the amount of people needed to keep the business running especially at the wages they pay most of them.

But most people who haven't been broken by politics know that overall, the number of absolute weirdos, even at Disney, is going to be low and they'll have 1000s of pretty normal folks that work there. But some folks are so far gone and out of touch with reality, they will literally tell you, like in this thread, that EVERY single person who works for Disney is a weirdo or pedo.

Everyone knows Disney adults are creepy and most likely pedos. I’ll give you historical facts to back this up
